What is your estimated lead time?

We understand the demands of the present times and strive to provide approximate lead times. However, please bear in mind that these estimates are subject to change as deposits are placed and our workload fluctuates.

Can I visit your workshop and witness your craftsmanship firsthand?

For safety reasons, visits to our workshop are available strictly by appointment. We encourage you to explore our Gallery page, which showcases our past projects in detail.

Do you offer installation services for your joinery?

While we do not personally provide installation services, we are more than happy to recommend skilled builders and installers who can bring your vision to life. They possess the expertise to install your joinery and any supplied hardware, with installation fees determined by the builders themselves.

Do you offer delivery services?

Within a 30km radius of Hobart, we offer complimentary delivery. For locations outside this radius, a nominal fee may be applicable. For long-distance deliveries, we can arrange a reliable courier service (additional courier fees will apply as per the courier company's rates).

Absolutely! We take immense pride in our recognition by the state's esteemed Heritage Tasmania. Rest assured, we possess the expertise to meticulously craft exact replicas of your existing joinery, ensuring compliance with heritage regulations. Moreover, our commitment to preserving tradition means that these replicas will be manufactured using the very same traditional methods employed during their original creation.
